Joe was very reliable in organising to get this completed for us very last minute before our heat pump install. He sent two guys, Caine and Rio, who turned up on time and got the job done quickly and very well.

Joe from Excell visited to look at our problem and was able to put our minds at ease as it isn’t serious. He was able to explain the cause and how to fix it. He wasn’t pushy just a nice friendly pleasant person. When I’m ready to get the work done I’ll feel confident asking Excell to complete it.
