Graeme was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and arrived promptly at the time agreed. Work was carried out in a matter of a couple of hours for both indoor and outdoor taps. They look and work great. This is the 2nd time we have used Graeme as he previously fit a new radiator in a detached garage which was a tricky job but has worked perfectly for 5 years now. I’d highly recommend!!

Graeme took out two old radiators, altered the pipework & installed new radiators elsewhere, fitted new outside taps, repaired braided hose and mended ensuite taps, installed a new shower, serviced the boiler and refilled central heating system. He carried out a site visit, provided a quote, arrived to the agreed timescale, was flexible as requirements changed during the work, was very efficient and tidied up afterwards. Excellent service and highly recommended.

The heating was coming on when the the thermostat was off. He found a fault with the boiler setting and rectified it within a short space of time. He is diligent with his work and has a good work ethic, easy to talk to, professional and polite at all times. We have used his services many times over the years. He installed a new gas boiler and a new bathroom in our last house. Everything done to building regs standard and our satisfaction. He also does our yearly boiler service. We would recommend him.

Graeme was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and swift. What more do you need, I would definitely recommend Excel Gas and will be using them again in the future.
