  Lady came out and was on time .laid the traps for the mice. Found out where they were coming in from . Was so disappointed as we had arranged a time for the following Friday. No phone call to say they were running late and they never came back . Feel they should have phoned me as they were due to come for 2nd visit. Could not get through to. Them. Trying for 3 days to confirm appointment as was in Plymouth.
