Steve arrived on time and worked very hard ,not even stopping for a break , drank his cups of tea while working He did an amazing job , very happy with the result , would recommend him 100%

Steve initially installed 3 Bathrooms about 3 to 4 years ago and did a very professional job and transformed the Bathrooms. Recently one of the bathrooms developed a leak which we noticed on the ceiling in the room below. We contacted Steve and he arranged to visit to locate the source, it was tricky to find the cause and Steve had to change some fittings on pipe and leave it to see if it was definitely fixed this meant returning a few times to check the leak had stopped. Steve's after care was top notch and he would not charge for his time saying that's included in the after care.

We needed an upgrade on our bathroom - originally fitted by Excel 15 years ago! We needed a new toilet, shower tray and floor tiling. Steve quoted us the price and we happily accepted it. The work was done and we are beyond pleased with it. Very clean and tidy and a fantastic job. Made the whole bathroom look new again. Steve and his team (Sam) can always be relied upon to do an excellent job, always turn up on time and work extremely hard to get the job done.

Steve and his team were excellent in every way. I had a bathroom and en-suite full renovation. Communication was good, they were clean and tidy, really efficient and did a fantastic job. I now have 2 bathrooms that have been transformed, thank you so much.

Steve was brilliant from the moment we made contact to ask for advice on a new bathroom design. He was very knowledgeable and flexible; updating designs and options based on our needs. He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Both he and Aaron were polite, courteous and a pleasure to be around when fitting the bathroom. They were also able to make a couple of last minute changes/additions for us. They did an excellent job and we are so pleased. We were also hugely grateful for how they cleaned up after the work - hoovering and leaving the house as it was before the work started!
