    Roof repairs following inspection of property damp problem

    Charles and Sergio were both very professional and helpful. I was extremely concerned about the damp problem I was experiencing in my conservatory and Charles was able to diagnose the problem promptly and Sergio resolved the roofing issues all within a couple of days. I may need some internal work doing within the next few months in the conservatory, and will have no hesitation in giving the work to EX10 in order to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this company - exceptional in every way.

    I would highly recommend EX1O from my experience with them. Charles and Lewis are very professional and trustworthy people. Each project they have completed with care and exacting precision. The whole team are respectful of your home and work around you. They listen to your plans and come up with amazing cost effective solutions. The work on refurbishment of my home exceeded my expectations. Lewis has also designed my garden and will look forward to starting that project. Rare to find decent traders these days.     Water leak , roof repair, mould removal

    We recently instructed the Ex10 team to resolve a serious issue with a damaged flat roof that had been leaking into the commercial shops below, causing water damage and mould. From the very beginning, they approached the situation with professionalism and clear expertise. The roof structure had dropped pitch rafters which required full replacement, realignment, and a complete re-roof. It was a substantial and complex repair, yet the Ex10 team handled it methodically and with great attention to detail.
