Replace windows after burglary

Post burglary, you want speed. Dreadfully slow to provide samples, even slower to place order and then their supplier can't supply. Order cancelled, alternative glazers visited within 2 days, surveyed the next. Install date booked for 3 weeks from now. I havent even mentioned the attitude from the owner himself on a site visit. Really unhappy with them but glad to have found a reputable alternative who've clearly got their customer service right.
