Mehl came out to inspect our roof after building work had been done, he’s very professional and used drone to do full roof survey. Had report back within 4 days, excellent service He went above and beyond to help us. Would highly recommend Mehl for any work you require and believe me I’m very wary and sceptical , but it’s was all worth it. He’s a credit to his profession.Verified reviewerJob location: M2410 Undertake a drone roof survey

Mel was incredibly friendly and provided an excellent service. He remained highly communicative throughout the entire process. The final report, following the completion of the job, was exceptionally comprehensive and beneficial. We were struggling to get reliable quotes for necessary repairs. Mels drone survey allowed us to identify specific areas of concern that would we wouldnt of been able to see. Many thanks to mel!Verified reviewerJob location: WA1610 Drone roof survey for prospective purchase

Below are some of the benefits of drone surveys
- Safety: Drone surveys eliminate the need for personnel to physically access potentially dangerous rooftops, reducing the risk of accidents and injuries.
- Efficiency: Drones can swiftly cover large areas, reducing the time required for surveying compared to traditional methods, which can lead to quicker project turnaround times.
- Accuracy: Drones provide high-resolution imagery and videos, allowing for precise measurements and detailed visual assessments of roof conditions.
- Cost-Effectiveness: Traditional roof surveys can involve significant expenses, including equipment rental and labor costs. Drones can often perform surveys at a fraction of these costs.
- Access to Hard-to-Reach Areas: Drones can access areas that are challenging or unsafe for human inspectors, such as steep or elevated roofs, providing a comprehensive view of the entire structure.
- Minimised Disruption: Drone surveys minimise disruption to building occupants or operations, as there's no need for scaffolding, ladders, or extensive site preparation.
- Documentation: High-quality images and videos captured by drones provide detailed visual documentation, which can be useful for insurance claims, legal matters, and property records.
- Real-Time Insights: Drone technology often allows for real-time monitoring, enabling immediate identification of issues during the survey itself.
- Environmental Impact: Drones reduce the carbon footprint associated with traditional survey methods, as they require fewer resources and have a lower impact on the environment.
- Enhanced Analysis: Advanced software can process drone-captured data to generate 3D models, thermal imagery, and other analyses, providing deeper insights into roof conditions.
- Adaptable to Various Roofs: Drones can be used for a wide range of roof types, from residential to commercial, pitched to flat, allowing versatility in surveying applications.
- Future Planning: Detailed data collected through drone surveys can aid in long-term maintenance planning, helping property owners make informed decisions about repairs and replacements.
Incorporating drone technology into roof surveys can revolutionise the way properties are assessed, enhancing safety, efficiency, and accuracy while offering numerous benefits to property owners, managers, and surveying professionals.
