The plumber arrived 10 minutes early. The job was completed within the time estimate I was given. I’m delighted with the standard of the work done. The plumber tidied up beautifully once he’d finished.

I had water damage showing on my kitchen ceiling. Sent an online message to EVO and was contacted the same day. Jordon came the following day and quickly found the problem. Part ordered and he returned within 48 hours and resolved the problem. Prompt, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend EVO.

EVO reponded very quickly as it was not possible to continue to use the kitchen until the connetion was remade. Our technician was polite and pleasant, and completed the job in a timely manner, curing the problem which has not resurfaced. Our busy kitchen was able to function again wiht minimla disruption. Good communication and sorted out issue from their work very quickly. Would have preferred a firm quote as hourly rate jobs can work out costing far more than they should. Work was neat but took much too long to complete.
