  Exeptional attention to detail

  Evolve plumbers have corrected and replaced the badly installed bathroom sinks with another plumber without any need for re-tiling, with absolutely fantastic attention to detail. They also replaced the cloakroom radiator with a trendy towel heater radiator and suggested the most cost-effective options. Very professional yet very friendly to deal with. No wonder they are in high demand!

  Overcharge and inaccurate invoicing

  Evolve charge an hourly rate for giving an estimate for the job and for time spent in buying the necessary parts. The plumber who arrived seemed both surprised and annoyed that I wanted an estimate before he started. The job seemed simple but the plumber had difficulty in isolating the issue. It was charged as a “call out”. An appointment was made several days in advance, not a call out.

  Gas Boiler Repair

  My Gas Boiler stopped working and I found Evolve Gas repair service via Checkatrade. The engineer arrive that afternoon and advised two replacement parts were needed and would return the next day to complete the repair. I was advised every at every stage via telephone of the expected arrival times. The engineer was very efficient and a very pleasant guy. The repair was carried out quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend this company high enough. Thank you Evolve.
