Fixing a leak in the toilets

Drips always provide us an excellent service. On this occasion we had a small leak in the office toilets. They answered the phone immediately and arrived on-site first thing the next working day. They had offered to try and come sooner but the leak was very small so we said next working day was ok.

This is the second time I have used DRIPS and I highly recommend. We still.Have some other plumbing work needed as we just moved into a property that requires some work and I will be using DRIPS again to complete the works. Very professional, polite, clean and respectful.

Dale come with good reviews, and it’s clear why: Dale responded very quickly, called within a few days of contact (he would have been quicker only for us), clear communication, plain English no Jargon, efficient and provided a same day certification invoice and recommendation. Installation of an expansion valve.

This has been the third time we have engaged Dale. We had a problem with 'water hammer' for some time when we operated our dishwasher or washing machine. We mentioned this to Dale on a previous visit. He diagnosed the problem and suggested installation of an expansion valve as a remedy. Since installation the water hammer has ceased. As before Dale was punctual, professional and very pleasant to deal with. He also explains things very well. We now consider him to be our 'go to guy' for plumbing and will happily engage him in the future as and when necessary.
