  Had a number of issues possible wasps/bee's and rats/mice. Came out same day. Turned out to be a beer swarm and was advised that they'd move on in a couple of days and didn't require treated. Secondly thought we may have rats or mice. Every where inspected, turned out to be a squirrel in the attic. Captured within 1hr and removed. Fabulous service and great advice given going forward with proofing. Highly recommended.

  Rats in loft

  Can't fault these guys, came out same day as I was hearing scurrying in our loft and kitchen. Carl was absolutely brilliant, he found rat poo under our loft insulation, identify where it was getting in and treated the problem. It been over a month now and we've not heard a bean husband has been up there to check and these no sign of the little visitor. I don't understand some of these negatives reviews, Carl was brilliant from the start.

  Pest control inspection failure

  AVOID!!! We heard scratching in our loft and we arrange for Evolution Pest Solutions to attend. They attended- said as we were a new build we wouldn’t have rats. Looks around, not properly and charged us £120. We hear more scratching. We look in the loft, rat droppings everywhere and now next door loft too. We call up as we want them to come out. They deny ever having us as a customer even though we had a receipt, invoice number. We said a Carl has given us the invoice and they said no Carl works here yet every review says thanks Carl. Then find our payment and refund us. Shocking service

  Regrettably on this occasion we got it wrong by using a Sub-Contractor. But sadly you forgot to mention we issued a full refund and that we've explained that on occasions due to work load, we sometimes have to use a Subcontractor.

  Thought i had rodents in my loft but turned out to be birds collecting moss on my roof.

  Carl had very good communication and arrived when he said he would. He did a visual inspection of the outside of the property as well as went into the loft and checked for evidence of droppings or thermal readings in the wall. All came back clear and explained that the moss on the roof was attracting the birds and that is what I was hearing during the day. All in all nice guy - Thanks Carl.

  Wasp nest & rat dropping in the loft

  Rang on the Friday, I not expecting anyone available until the following week at least, but someone came out the next morning. Carl was brilliant! Rang ahead to advise he'd be with us in 40 mins, very friendly quick and efficient. Problem sorted within about 20 minutes. Even tried to help us out with a lock problem, which was above and beyond!! Would definitely recommend!

  Staff noticed possible bedbugs in one of our rooms.

  Staff noticed possible bedbugs in one of our rooms. Stephen came out same day to carry out a full survey. Great news no bedbugs, it turned out to be grit. Nice to find company who is honest and didn't try to blag a unnecessary treatment. Very happy just to pay for the survey. Will definitely be keeping hold of their number for future if needed.
