Initial communication was good. On the day of the booking they arrived , I told them what I wanted and they went to work. They told me when the job was complete. I inspected the work, and whilst the tv is secure and the fittings are of a good quality. They had ignored where i had said I wanted the tv going. They gave the excuse of it wouldn’t look right? Which wasn’t for them to decide. Had I been consulted I would have informed them of my choices again and my reasons for doing so.

Thank you for your feedback. It appears there was a difference in understanding over the requested approximate position. No exact measurement or marked position was specified, and the TV was securely installed using good-quality fittings, as acknowledged in the review. No concern was raised before payment, so we understood the job was satisfactory. When the height was later raised, we immediately offered to return and reposition the TV free of charge. That offer remains open. We’re disappointed this has escalated when the issue can still be resolved at no cost.
