  Honest professional to the core

  Saull was introduced to me by a friend who found him on the internet and who did not hesitate to recommend him to me when his services were required. His attention to detail was so strong that I thought he was spending too much time on the site visit not knowing that it was natural to him. He assured me that if he thought that the Council would not approve our extension plan that he would not have taken the job. Not a penny was paid until I have agreed the plan with him. He provided more than what I bargained for with his deep knowledge of building environment. Communication was excellent

  Drawings for downstairs remodel and planning application agent

  Saull was absolutely amazing to work with. With a great understanding of building, he was able to discuss a plan and the building process and materials clearly. Great sense of humour too! He understood our needs and worked really promptly to complete his plans and submit an application to planning on our behalf. He was in close contact with the planning department to help ensure that there were no difficulties. Thank you Saull!

  Fantastic service from start to finish!

  From our first meeting, I knew I wanted to work with Saull. I was new to the planning/building world realised I needed someone who would be patient and understanding. Saull understood exactly what we hoped to achieve and worked with us to get the project plans exactly as we wanted them. Saull dealt with any planning enquiries as soon as they came up, saving us from incurring extra costs or unnecessary alterations. We, very happily, received our planning permission with no changes required! We are now excited to continue working with Saull through to the completion of our project.

  Intergal Garage Conversion

  We had recently moved into a new house with a garage conversion that we wanted to convert into another room. Having no experience of what needed to be done, I reached out to Saull who ran through the required permits and planning permission which was needed for free on the phone - he was very helpful. From there, he came round and took time to explain everything to us and what was needed, as well as providing advice and suggestions which we accepted. He managed everything for us, and I'm pleased to say we secured planning permission. Saull is great, would recommend!

  Kitchen extension

  Great service for our kitchen extension plans, all received within a timely manner, planning application all completed for us with regular updates. Very easy to get hold of and happy to answer any questions we had. Friendly and approachable and gave us helpful advice on the work we required. 100% would recommend.
