    Extremely Grateful Customer!

    We highly recommend Evolution Blue. Saull White designed our large home extension and outbuilding, managed all Planning and Building Control matters, and successfully handled a change of use application for another property. Throughout the process, Saull was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. Whenever challenges arose, his calm approach and great sense of humour helped keep everything on track and stress levels down. An excellent service from start to finish.     Saull went above and beyond to help me with my house extension, from start (with drawings) to the very end with Stg building control being very unprofessional but Saull had my corner and with experience he knew what to do, all signed off and happy, will use and recommend this guy all the time, Thanks again Saull

    Extension drawings

    After being previously refused planning due to another architects mistakes, Saull met with us and explained how he could redesign the extension and amend the drawings to suite our needs and the councils. Saull was always at the end of the phone and would respond asap. He explained the process and reassured us due to the previous refusal we were hesitant. Saull had amazing subject knowledge and brilliant communication skills and we would highly recommend him.

    Efficient, Responsive and Highly Recommended

    We were let down by another architect and turned to Saull, who we found to be responsive, efficient, and easy to work with. He made several revisions until we were completely happy and was always available to answer questions. Our application was approved within just three weeks, which we were really pleased with. Very satisfied with the service and would recommend.

    Drawing up building plans

    Saull From Evolution Blue was very helpful in getting the plan's drawn up and passed on the council. We would recommend him to anyone looking to have plan's done.very prompt and professional in he's work, he works unsociable hours which we found very helpful as we was at work ourselves 10 out 10 as far as we are concerned.

    A Great Job Well Done.

    Once I had contacted Saul within 3-4 days, he had been and seen what Planning Permission I required, had given me a cost and started the work. I have now received Planning Permission on something that was constructed some years ago, without any problems art all. The experience and knowledge Saul has, seems to be limitless, I would undoubtedly recommend him and use him again. Well Done Saul, thank you

We are a small family design studio and aim to be good value and provide an efficient and quick turn around time for our clients. 95% of our projects are completed and submitted to the local authority in 10 days or less from the day we measure up.

We cover London and the South East and provide all aspects of planning and building regulations as well as structural engineering -

We cover everything required for a successful planning and building control application in house and this allows EvolutionBlue to provide competitive fixed price quotes and the fast turn around time.

A typical application would be as follows -

Initial client contact allowing use to discus project and survey from Google Earth allowing us to produce a fixed price quote for the required works (we also offer no obligation site visit to discus )

Once instructed we arrange a time and date to come and measure up the property/site and take details.

We then form initial sketch's and email to client, we then alter and amend the designs to get the client exactly what they want (so long as its feasible!) Usually 3 days form measuring up.

Once satisfied we form planning and building control applications and submit to local authority

All under 10 days as we know most people discus and dream of creating their perfect home and so once you want to proceed its exciting to get things moving asap !

With over 20 years experience and a hugely varied portfolio of works we can offer interesting and budget friendly design ideas and honest advice. We design projects to fit into our clients ideal budget as there is no point in having a beautiful design if it can not be created !

We make no charge for amendments or changes the clients require and fully liaise with the local authority through out the whole process to provide our clients with a fast hassel free service

We can also project manage all types of works at various levels of management available also on a fixed price so or clients know exactly where they are when it comes to our fees etc
