  The job involved diagnosing and repairing an automated gate that was not syncing

  I recently had an issue with my automated gate, as it was no longer sinking correctly. The engineer quickly identified that work was needed around the motor boxes and that the gate itself needed realigning. From the moment they arrived, the engineer was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. The quality of the work carried out was excellent, and it was clear they took real pride in doing the job properly. I was also very impressed with the company’s communication. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, letting me know what was happening and when. This made everything
