  Extractor fan replacement

  I would thoroughly recommend James. He gave me advice on which extractor fans to buy before I had even confirmed the job for him, and is extremely knowledgeable with a real passion for his work. Will definitely be my go-to in future.

  3 bedroom house rewire

  I’ve never experienced a full house rewire before for comparison but I am glad I found James on here as he was very professional and followed best practices bringing our electric wiring into the current era. He is very knowledgeable and able to explain his work in detail. I did add a few extra outdoor lights and extractor fans, James was able to accommodate into his schedule, all works completed within 3 weeks. I highly recommend and will definitely be booking him again to carry out additional works to our out-building.

  Installation of a hot water heater

  James did a very thorough & tidy job installing a new hot water heater at my elderly parents retirement apartment. Throughout the job he was punctual, helpful, polite, and easy to contact. He was also very fastidious in his work, taking a lot of trouble to ensure he did a good professional job. I would recommend him highly.
