  External repairs

  I feel very lucky to have come across Everyday Building Solutions to carry out a variety of repairs to my property. Chris and his team are excellent at their trade, skilled, honest and reliable. The list of jobs included moss removal and roof repairs, including grinding out and re cementing the roof hips, chimney work and flashing installed. Gutters repaired and cleared. Air vents to the roof cavity installed. Fixed cracked render. Repointing the brickwork. Replacing broken air bricks. Installing Acco drains. Re-sealing window and replacing defective concrete plinth.

  Remove old wall and replace with a new one

  We found Chris and his assistant Martin to be friendly, efficient and very hard working throughout the five days they were with us. Chris explained to us what they were doing, and why, at every stage of the build and we cannot fault our experience.Their work was to a very a high standard and we are absolutely delighted with the excellent end result.   Cracking job by Chris and Jimmy

  From the quote to the job, Chris demonstrated reliability & professionalism. His clear & fair pricing (materials and labor costs) stood out from the crowd. He is v knowledgeable, showing clear understanding of our issues (limited insulation & poor original installation of the roof in our loft conversion) & explaining what work was necessary - showing us close up photos to back this up. The team worked v hard, arriving on time, giving constant updates, with photos, to show progress and explaining what was next. He showed us materials before using them and even charmed our neighbours! Great work

  Roof repairs , tiling ,chimney cement work re pointing

  Would highly recommend Chris and his team from everyday building solutions . From first visit / investigation rite through to the end was kept updated . Really lovely to have such nice honest people to come and help with our project . Chris is Very friendly ,knowledgable and highly skilled in his trade . They turned up everyday before 8am as he said he would and most importantly for us took great care in leaving the site spotlessly clean every nite before leaving and done a great job on our roofs and new flat roofs. Look forward to working with Chris in the future .

  Excellent detail on patio repair works

  Chris was a superstar. I had recently had a new patio laid and designed poorly by another company. I needed a dangerous step rebuilt and a threshold step needed doing by the back gate to complete the existing patio. Chris formed a new and safe central step and made a real feature of it, and very tidily finished what was needed by the back gate. It has made a real difference to the patio area. I know it is horrible to have to pick up on someone else's poor workmanship and make the repairs but Chris was very helpful with his ideas and has done a great job. Highly recommended.
