Rich did a great job with a next day service and no call-out or minimum fee. He was up front about the solution and the cost without charging for diagnostics. He came and completed the job quickly with no mess and no fuss. Top marks.

Extremely diligent throughout the process. Rich was called out due to a lack of hot water. Painstakingly tracked down the problem. Kept us informed of progress and was honest and upfront about costs and options. Completed a full boiler replacement and central heating flush through. Rich was very impressive, diligent and professional. He was very quick to find the cause of the leak between floors, took extra care to minimise damage, and was very flexible so that he could get everything working again as quickly as possible. Really happy with the service.

Rich's response was first rate and one every trades person could learn from. I was very impressed that Rich asked me to send photo / video of the problem through WhatsApp from which gave me a very competitive quote to come and fix. There was no attempt to charge for diagnostics and no pressure to hire him to complete the repair, only an offer to come in an hour following his current job. This he did very efficiently, collecting the necessary part on the way, and my toilet cistern was left in a noticeably better condition than before the problem occurred.
