Fantastic service and amazing results! The Lazy Lawn Artificial Grass team is absolutely fantastic! Sed came to visit our house and explained everything clearly and patiently. They completely transformed both our front and back gardens from an unmanageable jungle into a pristine, beautiful space. The entire team was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole process, offering great advice and creative ideas at every step. the process was explained and completed very well. I have never seen men work so hard as when they installed the new grass and removed the old grass. Congratulations on a job well done

The initial meet and greet was really positive and very enthusiastic. However following this initial visit the communication plummeted and very in-consistent, which was not ideal considering this request was for a commercial property. The timelines initially promised were not honoured the work delayed (and only completed following a request for loss of revenue) Sad as this do not match the install team that were prompt, professional and very courteous.

The grass product is superb and brilliant fitting. All workers were fantastic.
