My whole experience was excellent, from obtaining a quote (which was very competitive), to the measurements and then fitting. All staff that I met were professional and very courteous. The salesman was not pushy and explained in detail all about their windows and doors. The installation went smoothly, the fitter did a great job, and I’m a very happy customer. The quality of the windows and doors fitted is excellent. I will certainly use them again when I need to replace my French door.

We had 7 windows replaced and a new set of patio doors fitted. They arrived on time and the work was completed to a high standard. We had one small problem with the lock on the patio doors, but the owner of the company, Stefan came out very quickly and replaced the whole locking mechanism and adjusted one of the windows. He also arranged for our carpet to be professionally cleaned due to some brick dust staining at their own expense. I can’t thank Stefan and the fitter George for the great workmanship they carried out. Stefan is a world of knowledge on window replacement.
