I was contacted by The boss of Everbest, who offered to have someone call to look at the roof of my house. I had already sent photos taken from the ground with a description of the problem. I had received a quote of £150 to replace the broken tile and bed it in. When they came the roof was looked at more closely, after removing several tiles in the location I was told the felt had holes in it and was also torn, plus the timber battens were rotted. The cost to replace the battons, felt and the tile plus bedding with cement would cost £500. Time will tell if the repair was successful.

Sam and the team were very professional from start to finish. Communication was great and the job was carried out within the stated timescale. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations and our property was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Everbest were brilliant very organised and efficient resolving my blocked gutter issue and they put in some lead to re-divert the rainwater properly into the gutter. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you.
