  Friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy

  Luke & his apprentice installed me a new EV charger recently. The work was carried out exactly as described when he came to quote. The job was done to a very high standard and they left the place spotless once they had finished. They also guided me through the set up of the charging unit which was very helpful. Would definitely use them again and recommend them going forward.

  I would unreservedly recommend EV Electrical Ltd to undertake work. The Company installed an EV charging point, explaining at every point how cables would be run, the final installation is supurb, and customer service extended to returning to assist me in setting up the app on my mobile phone, assistance that was hugely appreciated. A second commission to install lighting and power in a garage workshop was carried out precisely as I asked, in fact better, a neat , efficiently executed piece of work , leaving the site tidy and cleared.

  Updating Consumer Unit

  The person who fitted my new consumer unit were very prompt and friendly. The consumer unit in my house had not been updated since about the 80s when the old consumer unit for the house were first installed (i suspect) and the person who fitted the new consumer unit was very through in making sure all the electrical units i.e. cooker, shower, etc were all connected to the new consumer unit and didn't hesitate to answer any questions or queries i had post-installation.

  Rewire to 1930's house

  Came round to quote, was really thorough, answered all questions I had and really understood and appreciated the fact we were a family of four living in the house needing a full renovation. He discussed ways we could do it, when quote came through he did a great breakdown of everything included and price was in the same range as others we'd received so no concerns there. The only reason we didn't hire him in the end was someone was just available sooner and we had a personal pressure to get it done ASAP. I can see why he was booked up.

  Full house rewired

  Full change of wiring due to being very out of date and new data ports and wiring put in place for future installation of Electric Vehicle charger. All the lads were very friendly and completed the job to a good standard. They made sure all changes we had asked for were incorporated. They even fed the cat as we went away while they did the work. Would use again for future projects.
