  Work completed: Worktop, WM & sink installation in bathroom Overall experience: Excellent I don’t usually write reviews, however the team at EV Construction were brilliant from start to finish. They visited promptly to assess the job, provided a clear and reasonable quote, and even returned to confirm the details before beginning the work. There was no upselling or pressure at any point - they gave me the space to decide what I wanted to go ahead with, which I really appreciated. Communication throughout was spot on. They were very responsive to queries (of which I had many!) and off

  repairs to exterior surround of widows

  it's always a good sign when a builder suggests a way to reduce the job and save money. EV proposed some investigative work that showed much less was needed than we had asked them to do. They could have just done what we'd asked and taken our money. They were also responsive to messages and revised quotes in response to our changing needs.

  I literally cannot recommend this company enough. I needed a company that could rip out a bathroom and replace all with new. I wasn't local so this needed to be project managed remotely which made me feel nervous at first, until... I had EV Construction recommended to me so I didn't feel nervous at all and had every confidence in them they would delivery, they did that and more, they blew me away with their efficiency, the quickness, the constant stream of communication, the way they left the house after the works, spotless.   Outstanding Service

  This is the third time I’ve used EV Constructing and Vugar and his team are exceptional. They work extremely hard and take pride in their work. I am incredibly happy with everything they did. They completed several projects for me (loft insulation, front and back garden improvements, and renovated an understairs cupboard), all within the agreed timeframe. They also fixed issues left by a previous builder and accommodated all of my additional requests. The team always arrive on time. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for future projects.
