Beforehand - Impressed by knowledge, customer service and quote as all were strong compared to other companies. During - Prompt arrival and lovely personality. Thought about what needed doing and considered options. Decided to do it a different way to how it was done before and explained reasons for this; clearly expert view that I trusted. Worked hard, minimal intrusion and cleared up thoroughly. All looked great. After - Partner had some queries about why deviated from previous design and use of some brackets at ends. I called and they were very patient as these were explained. Recommend!

Really lovely service and fab communication. I would use them again

The installer (Sarwar) was highly professional and took time to understand the space and how best to fit the curtains. He was considerate throughout the process, working carefully and tidying up afterwards — even wiping down surfaces and clearing drill dust. His pleasant attitude and attention to detail made a real difference. I’m extremely happy with the result. I would definitely recommend them.
