Quote given awaiting decision

This is my third time using Europa Home Improvements and once again the job was completed to a very high standard and in a timely manner. The tradesmen go above and beyond for clients and clean up any mess by the work being undertaken also very willing to give advise on property maintenance issues.

Europa Home Improvement were hired to replace an old wooden front door and a upvc back door. The work was done over two days. I had done some research on doors and prices for installation and had a budget ready. Europa did not disappoint. The old front door and its entire frame were removed and a new composite door and side window installed with a level of care that was greatly appreciated. The back door needed to be installed in a new house render and the team, Tim and Gary did a fantastic job making it seamlessly fit. The care, tidiness and attention to detail was top notch.

Having recently moved in our house was in desperate need of replacement double-glazed windows, a new composite door, and bi-fold doors. We are thrilled with the quality of the products and the service we received has been courteous and professional through out. Can't recommend Europa enough!

From the very start of the process, Roger came to provide a quotation and take measurements. Selecting the type of door and the glass was carried out without any problems and his explanation of what would and wouldn't work work was very helpful in making a final selection. His installation team [Gary and Tim] arrived both on time and the date agreed, and were first class, friendly. reassuring, tidy and knowledgeable even though the installation wasn't as straight forward as first thought. In all a very good experience, and one both my wife and I fully endorse and recommend.

From first contact by phone with Roger Newman the service we received was excellent. within a few working days of calling with our query someone came out to assess our door and see if it was fixable. unfortunately this wasn't the case and a new part had to be ordered. as soon as the part came into Europa we had a couple of lovely guys come out with the part and fix our door, I cant fault the service and response times of Europa homes.
