After an engineer from another company made me suspect their opinion a new pump was required I booked Zane for a second opinion which turned out to be a blocked filter considerably costing less than previous company . He liaised well especially as I had to cancel first appointment, very quick & efficient

We had a problem with our washing machine and Zen fixed without any issues. He explained the problem, what he had done and any possible issues in the future. All good!

Zen contacted me the same day I posted the job and arranged a time slot to come round the following day. He arrived within the time slot agreed. Unfortunately, the dishwasher needed a replacement part, which he ordered the same day and he was back to complete the job 4 days later, again within the time slot agreed. I found Zen to be polite and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Zen sorted out a botched cooker repair by another company then trouble shot an issue with our washing machine. He arrived when arranged with all the right parts, fixed all the jobs very quickly, tidily and efficiently, and sorted the washing machine despite being busy with something else. He's so good, it would be very difficult for him to improve on the impression he's made on us, and we've referenced him as a recommended supplier on our Neighborhood Watch WhatsApp Group.
