I contacted Eureka through Checkatrade and the communication was great. They arranged a fast appointment and worked around my schedule, which was really helpful. The engineer was very knowledgeable, polite, and on time. He fixed my washing machine the same day using a part from his van, and the price was fair. He also explained how to use and look after my appliances properly. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Eureka.

Got overcharged for a repair, which then later broke down.

I contacted Eureka Domestic appliances for a dishwasher repair. During the initial phone call, the engineer appeared to diagnose the fault before seeing the appliance, which i thought was unusual. Following the repair, i was over charged over £300 including a call out fee on top of the repair cost, which i felt was excessive for the work carried out. i queried the invoice and contacted the owner to ask whether the call out fee could be waived so i could settle the invoice fairly. Unfortunately, the phone call was handled unprofessionally. the conversation became concerning.

Couldn’t even be bothered to reply to an enquiry will not be wasting anytime in the future to try and use this business lack of communication speaks volumes about this kind of tradesperson

After an engineer from another company made me suspect their opinion a new pump was required I booked Zane for a second opinion which turned out to be a blocked filter considerably costing less than previous company . He liaised well especially as I had to cancel first appointment, very quick & efficient
