  Facade restoration of a Grade II listed property in Kensington

  The property has not been cared for in any way since the 1970s. The dedication and effort that the Etro team has put into its restoration are remarkable. The transformation of the stonework and windows appears almost surreal. It has gone from being one of the worst properties in the area to one of the best. We are beyond grateful, and words fall short of conveying our appreciation.

  Had Etro Homes in my flat for leak remedy/ceiling installation. The whole process was very smooth: initial viewing, quote, planing and works. They delivered a high quality work, in the timelines initially announced (faster than other contractors' proposals). Arman and his team were always very responsive, adaptable and respectful. Cannot recommend them enough!
