  Rear kitchen extension

  After getting in contact with Ermir and reviewing some of his previous projects, we were excited to get started with him. Once our project began it was clear that we had found the right builder! He was always punctual, respectful and easy to get along with. Ermir kept open communication with us throughout our project. His goal was to ensure that the final result matched our vision and it certainly did! Would definitely recommend Ermir to our family and friends.

  We are delighted with the quality and pace of the job, plus Emir and his team were a pleasure to have around. Excellent attention to quality and detail at every level - from foundations , shell to finish. Also useful advice and suggestions to consider, and the result is better for them. Friendly, polite and hard working core team & trades - without exception. The project management and work ethic has surpassed our expectations! We will 100% have them back for further work down the line. Good builders are hard to find so grab this one!

  We had a very positive experience with Ethacibuilders. Ermir and his team completed our extension perfectly, always arriving promptly each day and working quick and efficiently. The work carried out was very clean and tidy. My family and I are very happy and satisfied with the job.

  Garage Conversion

  A big thank you to Ethacibuilders Ltd for completing our garage conversion, was definitely a good choice! I must start off and say how beautiful our new living space looks. Ermir & his team made sure that everything was done to a high standard- from completing the project on schedule, to making sure the work environment was as tidy as possible, communicating with us with updates and also being a great help when it came to design ideas! Without a doubt, me and my partner will contact Ermir again to carry out more works for us and we will also recommend him and his team to our friends!

  Kitchen diner knock through

  We are so glad we chose Ermir and his team for our kitchen diner knock through project. Throughout the project he has kept us up to date with progress and ensuring we were happy with everything. The quality of the work Ermir and his team have done really is first class and we are very happy with the end result. He has made the whole process stress free and we absolutely would recommend to others. We will definitely be using Ermir again in the future for other building/renovation work.
