Eric came out as an emergency call out to shut off a radiator that had sprung a leak and then, at an agreed price replaced the leaking radiator. Eric kept me informed of progress - when the new radiator was available and when it could be fitted. The radiator was fitted without the need to drain down the whole system and the system was fully checked to ensure that the radiator was fully working.

Eric was fantastic. Having rescued various members of our family with plumbing crises (!) we booked him to do our ensuite. Best decision we made! Eric was amazing and worked calmly and professionally taking the old ensuite away and dealing with various 1960's plumbing challenges with a light heart! We are incredibly happy with the new ensuite and look forward to booking him to do our main bathroom this year. Highly recommended.

Eric's just finished installing a new en suite bathroom with floor and wall tiles also being replaced, he has done a fantastic job and we are over the moon with it. Eric was very reliable, kept us well informed and was very punctual every day, he is also very knowledgeable and had to resolve a number of unexpected issues along the way. Yes he does like to sing (clearly very happy in his work) and it shows , all of his work completed at a very reasonable price , but in fairness its the quality of his work that would keep me coming back - Highly Recommended !!

Phoned Eric on Friday and he fitted us in 9am the following day. He arrived on time, was really friendly, clean and tidy job completed on our toilet cistern which wasn't re filling. Work completed as per quote given over the phone, very reliable and extremely reasonable price considering he came to us next day on a Saturday. Highly recommended and will use again for any work we need doing.

This man knows his stuff, Brilliant at his work. Needs to brush up on his singing, apart from that unbeatable.

Such a nice man. Came out within the hour, charged a reasonable call out fee and just £5 for materials. Really recommend.
