Ellis came to replace our stop tap, which 2 previous plumbers told us had seized,he got it straight working without having to replace it , at no charge,we are having him back to do more work

Found Ellis on this site a few months ago who sorted out our kitchen sink. Very professional, efficient, price was extremely reasonable. Fast forward to today I get a call from the flat below saying our water was leaking into their flat from our bathroom. Ellis got a distressed call from me at work, managed to get there quickly despite having lots of jobs on. Ellis was very professional, explained to me and flat mate how this had happened in simple terms that we understood. He also took the time to check the flat due to old poor plumbing system originally put in. Can’t recommend him enough.
