  I recently had my smoke detectors replaced and couldn’t be happier with the service. He arrived right on time, was professional and reliable throughout the entire process, and made everything easy and stress-free. He communicated clearly about what needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and ensured everything was working properly before leaving.   From first contact to leaving, Ollie was, professional, efficient and respectful. I was firstly impressed by the fact that he talked me through a few possible fixes on the phone, which had they worked, would have meant he didn’t have the job! When he couldn’t fix remotely, he arranged to come at the end of his jobs the same day. He arrived promptly at the time given and worked methodically to be sure he had found all errors. 35 minutes after arriving, he had fixed the problem & was leaving. On top of all that he didn’t charge the earth like the big companies do.

  I called in the morning and by 3.30pm Ollie had reset and serviced my alarm. This was even more impressive as I wasn’t an existing customer.
