Amazing service from Kingsley Fire and Security. Quick to respond to my initial request, super responsive and very transparent about costs. Ollie arrived extremely quickly to sort out our fire alarm. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and what I needed to do to maintain the system. He went over and beyond by looking at our CCTV system whilst with us, as we’d had problems with connectivity, this was sorted within minutes. We had a problem with a triggered alarm system we couldn’t switch off. Ollie arrived within a couple of hours, actually earlier than expected. He quickly solved the problem and gave us great advice on options for a new system.
