Very polite on the phone. Arrived the next morning to provide an estimate. Attended a couple of days later to carry out the work which took a couple of hours. The pre agreed price was paid. Very straightforward and friendly to work with. Turned up on time and completed the work without fuss. Checked after payment to see if there was any additional household waste to remove, which was a nice touch.
