Great experience with Lewis and his team (Jeff & Oz). Clear assessment of the lead flashing issue that we had. Good communication with Lewis and Jeff & Oz that carried out the works. The team were very easy to get on with and did a great job. They've repaired the flashing issue and other issues discovered while carrying out the works. Definitely recommend!

Essex Roofing Limited provided exceptional service from start to finish. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and offered great advice. The team repaired two dormers and removed a chimney. It was completed on time and the quality of workmanship is impressive. Highly recommend!

I contacted Essex Roofing, as I had some damp in a room, where the food had previously been repaired. Unfortunately this was not the case. Lewis provided a very prompt quote. They came out the week before Christmas and were very professional. Work all completed with a day to spare. Would highly recommend.

I was looking for some repair and maintenance work on my roof including replacing some damaged and missing slates and also some carpentry work on the clock tower. Lewis provided a very competitive quote and work started as planned. Everyone was very considerate of the property and the neighbours, they did a great job and although there have been some delays in some of the materials required, they stayed in touch and kept us updated at every stage of the process. Overall very happy with quality and price.

We obtained quotes from eight roofing contractors from different sources, to ensure that we selected the right firm. The criteria were: reputable, knowledgeable, established contractor, detailed quotation including the lead work required, able to start work in reasonable time frame and a price that reflected the high level of workmanship required. Some quotes were too low to expect a proper job, whilst a couple of quotes were eye wateringly expensive. Lewis Woodhouse from Essex Roofing was the only contractor that met every criteria. Excellent work and have recommended to a neighbour.
