I recently had a new roller garage door fitting by Ryan and Harry. I always feel so anxious in making decisions/changes about the house, but from start to finish they explained every step, were on time, friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the work they did and finally I have a secure garage! Essex Prestige Doors replaced our garage door including the door itself, the motor and the control unit. Natalie in the office was really helpful in booking in the appointment and Ryan and Harry were very friendly and courteous when fitting the door. Ryan called when he was on the way to the job which was really handy. Job completed with no issues. Ryan came out to replace my Mother in laws electric garage roller door after the old one failed. Ryan and Brian were polite and friendly and communicated the timings of their visit accurately and ahead of time.
