I recently had my bathroom installed by Essex Install Ltd, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Steve and Harley were fantastic from start to finish – professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what they do. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The quality of their workmanship is excellent, with great attention to detail, and the finish is flawless. Everything was left clean and tidy, and they worked efficiently without cutting corners.

From start to finish I cannot fault them. From the planning & design to their excellent eye for detail. So friendly & accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Would totally recommend them.

Genuinely can’t recommend Harley and Steve highly enough! We’ve never come across tradesmen so committed to the cause who care so much about delivering a first class product. Our bathrooms are literally fit for a 5 star hotel! They are extremely skilled at what they do and their professionalism and dedication to go the extra mile sets them apart. They discussed every part of the job with us and ensured we were happy with the smallest of details. We loved them making suggestions and providing ideas to help achieve the design we were after. Top blokes, we would have them back in a heartbeat.

Harley & Steve were fantastic from the start, even before my bathroom refit Harley answered any questions I had both by text or call and Steve came and looked over the bathroom to size up for materials. Our bathroom caused the guys multiple issues with the floor and walls not being level and bathroom suite I ordered being poorly made / designed, but Harley managed to fix every issue and work a way round this to give us a perfect finish... He even contacted bathroom mountain on my behalf due to a major shower tray issue we had with it being made wrong size, and got them to refund me. Top guy

Extremely pleased with our en-suite. Harley kept us informed of progress being made and sorted out a couple of unforeseen issues without any fuss. Very friendly and polite and also tidy. Would highly recommend.

Harley and Steve are the best! We wouldn't use anyone else! Our flat needed a full rewire, a new boiler, new flooring, fireplace bricked up, ceilings plastered, pipes boxed in and so much more. We also had a mezzanine floor built. From start to finish, they were very professional, with great attention to detail.. They planned meticulously and executed everything to the highest standard. We couldn't be happier with the results. Harley and Steve’s dedication and skill have transformed our home. Highly recommended!
