  We have been using this company for many years across our portfolio of 30 properties, and their service has always been excellent. They carry out all of our EICRs every 5 years and also maintain the fire alarms and emergency lighting systems throughout the properties. The team are reliable, professional, and always complete the work to a very high standard. Communication is great, reports are provided promptly, and they are always helpful when any issues arise. It’s reassuring to work with a company we can trust to keep our properties compliant and safe. Highly recommended.

  Replacing wifi light switches with ordinary ones

  I am an Old Age Pensioner of 76 years old. Seven wifi switches needed to be removed including the pairing with each light Took just less than one hour, the pairing was not removed. Switches were installed upside down. It was agreed for me to pay over 300 by card, but they ignored this and ended up using PayPal. They then asked me to pay again. I then had to remove my paypal account as it was upsetting me so much. He wanted to come and correct what his young chap did but I refused as I no longer can trust them. So very expensive for a very bad experience underlined by bad administration.

  Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and apologise for any inconvenience. To clarify, the job took over three hours to complete, and all pairings/modules were removed from the switches as requested. We provided our usual GoCardless link for payment, as it was not indicated that you preferred to pay by credit card, something we do not normally accept, which led to PayPal being used. You overpaid the invoice amount, and a prompt refund was processed. Again, as confirmed, we did not request a further payment. Our electrician attempted to correct this issue with the three switches during the visit, but you asked him not to proceed with the adjustment and that you were happy to leave them. A follow-up appointment was offered several times to address the issue after the office staff had seen your job sheet, which you arranged and cancelled late in the evening before the scheduled visit. We would also like to address the communication concerns. We have received multiple emails, some of which have been inappropriate and threatening in nature. We take such matters seriously and kindly request that all future communication remain respectful and professional. We remain committed to providing high-quality service, and your feedback will be used to improve our processes moving forward.

  The job was done on time, the communication was good and clear. There were some issues with the ceiling initially, but they were fixed after we draw attention to them.

  Had to initially fix a switch for my shower and then rewire the system to accommodate a new shower.
