  Renewing floorboards throughout

  As part of a full refurbishment of a flat we found that the floorboards needed renewing throughout once the carpets were lifted. In addition the insulation was insufficient and decades worth of rubble were between the joists. Darren kept us fully informed all along the way in terms of cost, progress and timescale. Everything was completed in a timely manner and the site was left spotlessly clean. All in all a first class job, many thanks Darren!

  Leaking shower

  Darren attended promptly to my leaking shower offered an affordable solution and was repaired within 24 hours of my call so was very impressed. Bathroom left clean and tidy would highly recommend.

  Fitting of vent for tumble dryer

  Darren came to view the job a day or so after I posted the advert and even though it was a relatively small job, he agreed to carry it out. He had advised me what parts to buy but ended up supplying them himself and only charged me the same as what he paid for them. He turned up on time and started the job straight away. He was all done and dusted in no time at all and the work was carried out to a high standard. All waste and rubbish was taken away and he left the area is a clean and tidy state. All in all, Darren was a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend to anyone.

  Roof repairs

  I had a leak in a tiled roof, despite a previous 'repair'. Darren provided a competitive quote so was engaged to do the work. Throughout the work (which ended up being a full replacement of the tiles and remedial work to address issues identified beneath the tiles) Darren was 100% transparent in costs and timings. He was reliable, completed the work to a high standard and was good-humored throughout - tidying up both during and after the job was completed. Darren's completed two decent-sized jobs for me now and i'd have no hesitation in using him again.
