Elvis and his team were great from start to finish. Elvis designed great 3D plans of the bathroom and the finished product has been all completed to a high standard. Elvis was always able to discuss the plans, what he was doing and any issues faced. Elvis’ attention to detail was fantastic and his high standards show through in the bathroom. An excellent job and we thank Elvis again for his help.

Absolutely fantastic. Right from the start we discussed plans and provided a level of detail including CGi diagrams. Everything delivered as discussed with fantastic attention to detail. Ervis gave valuable suggestions and was always honest with opinions. Great price too. He completely renovated and landscaped our garden and outbuildings to an immaculate standard as well as two bathrooms . Fantastic

Let me summarize pros: -He stays late -Cleans after himself Cons: -COMES LATE, everyday we text him if his coming or not. We agree on 9-9:30 start - on the 2+ wks he worked for us, he only came on time 2x. NO EXPLANATION, NO APOLOGIES. I work nights and I have to wait for him. -used poor materials(?) and expect us not to notice. he said he will send pictures of the materials/fixtures, except for the tiles nothing was communicated. The design he made was not followed. -POOR COMMUNICATION -heard him playing games on his phone -damaged side of our driveway without telling -others?see pictures

The work was not completed as agreed. Please see the attached photo for the pending work. Additionally, the bathroom fittings installed by Ervis are leaking. He initially promised to return and fix the remaining work in January 2025, but every time we reach out to him, he claims to be too busy. More often than not, he ignores our messages altogether. This lack of professionalism and follow-through has been frustrating. I would not recommend his services unless he improves his reliability and commitment to completing jobs properly

Very polite, very hard working. Went above and beyond, stayed late to make sure the job was done properly and in good time. Came back to repair a leak as soon as we contacted him.
