  Repair of a longstanding roof leak

  I had essence out to fix a long-standing leak on my garage roof. They were highly professional from start to finish: showed up when they said they would, left no mess, communicated at every stage of the job, and also reasonably priced for the work being done. Also the staff in the office were always friendly and helpful and, again, very communicative.

  Roof repair

  We used Essence roofing when we needed repairs to the roof and chimney and they were an excellent choice. They came promptly and most importantly when they said they would, correctly diagnosed the issues and explained and showed us exactly what needed doing. When it transpired that we also needed sandstone repairs they found an excellent stone mason to do the job and project managed what turned into quite a big job. The work men were all courteous and cheerful, neat and tidy and got on with the job. The office staff were always helpful and pleasant and I would definitely use Essence again.

  New roof

  Wonderful experience using Essence after being let-down by others. Speedy appointment and quote and great communication from the office team all the way through to the professional roofers who carried out the job. Very happy and highly recommend this company.

  Asked Essence to quote me for a job after high winds had removed roof tiles. They attended promptly and gave me a comprehensive quote. Carried out the job as quoted and the staff were very friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

  They come back..

  Too many companies take the money and run and don't return to fix subsequent issues. I had a new roof fitted by Essence in 2019. Five years later I had a small issue with water ingress next to a skylight. No questions asked, they came back and sorted the problem under their guarantee. The willingness of a tradesman/company to return to address is something you should consider. You can have peace of mind in choosing Essence for your work.
