I’ve used Esquire Building and Construction for both a full residential property refurbishment (including kitchen, bathrooms, heating, and more) as well as building work on a commercial office building, and they have been outstanding on every level. Their pricing is clear and transparent, their team is exceptionally reliable, and communication throughout every stage of the project has been fantastic. The workmanship is consistently top‑quality, with real attention to detail and pride in what they do. Highly recommended.

Jason and his team were great. Jason was communicative, and quick to respond. He came around to assess the job within days, and provided a very fair quote. Everyone who worked on the job was considerate and professional. I’d happily work with Esquire again for future work on our old house!

Employed to do downstairs flooring , create utility / toilet , new doors , fit kitchen. Very Good experience so far. Good quality work. Builders are friendly and pleasant around the house . Good communication, Jason project manages really helps with liasing. We are very busy and wouldn’t of managed without him helping to co-ordinate. They have been really flexible and worked hard to try and create the vision we had and explaining what is possible and not. Our dealings with this building company have been very positive and would definitely recommend them .

Internal house renovation, including 2 x knockthroughs, new w/c and flooring. Completed to a very good standard, tidy and on time. Now given Esquire another project to build a garden room.

Months earlier arranged architect and Structural engineer. Completed the loft conversion in 9 weeks and finished to a top standard. All liaison with the building inspector was done by Jason also.
