  Leak on heating system

  Our heating engineer recommended Espy as they are careful not to damage whilst investigating. Found leak , repaired leak and reinstalled flooring all in one day

  NOT COMPETENT, WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

  I had quite a big leak under my floor, but Adam could not find it. He claimed that he has more than 25 years of experience but is not competent enough to find a significant leak, which a local plumber did. He gave me a report saying there is no leak, which was completely wrong and charged me £350 for not doing his job properly. I wouldn't recommend this guy at all. Please do not waste your money and time.

  We don't access without sufficient evidence. Testing did not find enough evidence, so we reduced our fee, customer paid. Month later he calls wanting his money back because the leak was found, threatened us with bad reviews, not a nice customer!

  Checking a potential water leak following a very high bill

  Adam was excellent. Came out to talk us through what to do, and then came again quickly when the mains water tap wouldn't turn off. He dealt with the problem and explained everything clearly. We may not yet have solved the high bill from Thames Water but he completely put our minds at rest. Thank you - and for the original quick CheckaTrade link.

  I bought all items in advance, Espy recommended by a friend who has used them for some plumbing maintenance. Found Adam both polite and knowledgeable. Rather embarrassingly he left the bathroom tidier than he found it. Top class, would recommend
