I had quite a big leak under my floor, but Adam could not find it. He claimed that he has more than 25 years of experience but is not competent enough to find a significant leak, which a local plumber did. He gave me a report saying there is no leak, which was completely wrong and charged me £350 for not doing his job properly. I wouldn't recommend this guy at all. Job location: HP27Adam was excellent. Came out to talk us through what to do, and then came again quickly when the mains water tap wouldn't turn off. He dealt with the problem and explained everything clearly. We may not yet have solved the high bill from Thames Water but he completely put our minds at rest.
