10 Great professional service

Job location: SL6Craig was extremely professional and friendly while he worked on our oven . The work was carried out swiftly while he also explained to me what had happened to cause the fault in the first place. After the job was complete he even offered to clean the small amount of mess dislodged from the oven while moving it to carry out the work. I'll be using ESL again for any further issues which arise. 10 He is polite and professional

My bathroom fan needed changing as it was quite old. Craig did an amazing job - a true professional. He was very friendly, he arrived on time and finished the job faster than I was expecting. I was really impressed with how tidy he was, considering it was quite a messy job, he left the bathroom spotless! The new fan is working perfectly! Such a small thing but makes a big difference!
