Jon was helpful and informative throughout, and gave me details in writing of what the work would entail. He liaised effectively with the firm who were doing damp-proofing of the walls so that the two jobs dovetailed. He was friendly and went out of his way to make it easy to hand over the key on start day. He made it clear that, as I had expected, the outcome would be significant noise reduction but not total silence. The job took less than 3 days from start to finish and everything was left tidy and clean. I would confidently use this firm again.

I can't recommend this company & Jon highly enough. We needed urgent sound insulation of ceilings in a basement flat & Jon went out of his way to help with a deadline. He gave explanations of the work carried out, as well as photographs, every day. He also pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use this company again.

I first hired Jonathan and his team to insulate my external wall and window sill. They did an amazing job and were so pleasant to work with that I entrusted them with the sound-proofing of my bedroom ceiling as well. They were always lovely to chat with, on time and cleaned everything afterwards. They really went above and beyond and answered all my many questions. I cannot recommend them enough!
