I posted our requirement and received a quick response from Esfix, we arranged a survey time and date and Dan arrived as agreed, he explained carefully what was required and provided a quotation with two options, I went with the option which included the renewal of our 40 year old distribution board. a date was agreed and Dan with Carl arrived to undertake the works. Their work was neat, clean and very professional, upon completion everything was fully explained. I had received slight lower quotations, but Dans exprience and knowledge convinced me Esfix were worth the extra. Thank you Esfix.

We were having issues with our immersion heater, where water was coming out cold. After trying a number of different local electrical plumbers/ electricians, Dan at Esfix saved the day. Not only was Dan able to pinpoint the issue via a quick phone call, he visited the same day, provided us with options to fix the issue, and to ensure we had hot water going into the weekend, he replaced the broken thermoset with a spare he had on him until the part arrived. Dan also explained the issue in a clear and concise way, easy for anyone to understand regardless of background with immersion heaters.
