  Swift to respond Swift to repair

  This company was quick to respond and assess the water damage in my apartment. An initial assessment was made and then a date decided for the works to take place which suited the short time frame. The whole repair was project managed throughout and the craftmanship was of a very high standard. At the end of the works there was some issues that needed to be sorted. This snagging was dealt with immediately and without any issues. If and when required I would definitely use E.S. EnviroServ Limited again.

  Garage Conversion

  From beginning to end communication was very courteous, professional and consistent. Pricing was fair and payments were requested in stages. Work was carried out to high standard with workmen being very trustworthy and respectful of owners property. Workers were mindful of cleanliness always leaving my home in a clean and tidy state at the end of the working day. I am so pleased with the end result and I have been recommending their services to friends and family ever since. They will be my 'go to' company for any future property maintenance requirements.

  Repair of suspended ceiling after collapse

  The were very prompt in responding to my job that I had listed and were able to send someone out within an hour to come and look at the job and give me a quote. They were then able to complete the job that day. Very professional and did a really good job. Reasonably priced.

  Bathroom ceiling repair

  We needed a builder following a bad leak from a shower pump in our loft which had damaged the bathroom ceiling. We got this firm from the Checkatrade site and they were excellent. A quote was given which was reasonable and they came to replace the ceiling as agreed. They were very careful to make sure any mess was minimal and they completed the job to a high standard on time without rushing.
