  I found Erik through check-a-trade, from the initial consultation through to delivery I found him helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He is honest and will provide guidance based on his extensive experience that is in your best interest and he will tailor the works to your goals. He is able to think laterally and provide recommendations as they are required. The standard of finished work is high and he is willing to go and beyond to keep his clients happy.

  Basement bathroom restoration.

  We booked Erik and his team to carry out a full return to use of our basement bathroom, after a years of untreated damp problems. He proposed a more expensive quote than the other company, but gave us confidence that his more extensive work, including exposing and then insulating the mains water supply pipe would be worth it. He also suggested tiling the walls and floor rather than simply replacing wooden and plasterboard finishes. Overall Erik was excellent. We are very pleased with the result. He delivered on time, and to budget. He communicated regularly and the work quality was amazing.

  Efficient, good communication, fun, friendly, hard working, very timely

  I used this company for the first time to have my house fully repainted as well as some other jobs. We’d agreed the start date a few weeks earlier and works commenced as planned. No delay on their part. The guys were extremely efficient (Eric and Connor - spelling may not be right!) they just got on with what needed to be done. I was comfortable to just leave them to it with minimal supervision or checking up. Eric gave good suggestions and you could tell he knows his stuff and takes pride in doing a good job. Importantly the work ended the day he initially stated! That hardly ever happens!

  Fantastic Bathroom Renovation

  Eric and team were very professional from start to finish when renovating our bathroom in Richmond. There was constant clear and effective communication throughout the process- and the job was completed in the timescale we needed it done by.
