  Toilet leak

  Very quick to bid for a small job. Initially it appeared the repair had not worked and the company owner immediately offered to rectify the situation the next morning and turned up as agreed at 9am. However it appears the leak had in fact been fixed and a patch of water on the floor immediately after the repair was just water that had been trapped and not from the old or any new leaks. I was impressed with the speed at which the company owner contacted me when it initially appeared his colleague had failed to fix the issue. His manner was very professional. I would recommend this firm.

  Sorted the leak but wouldn’t get again

  Contacted about a leaking shower, very quick initial response and quote seemed reasonable. Advised them that it was a complicated area to fix and offered photos of the area but they said that was fine and they would be out Mon. Arrived Mon for 7mins with incorrect tools and said they did not have time and would be back Tues. Leak sorted on Tues but they advised shower was installed wrong and to order new parts to install correctly. When parts arrived they denied they said it this but came out and looked anyway and still advised again. Was charged for the Mon visit and director unhelpful.

  Shower Replacement

  I needed my shower unit replaced after our old one stopped working. Errol Watson was quick to accept my job and quoted a very reasonable price. On arrival the plumber had some difficulties due to the water supply to my house however he went out of his way to ensure the job was completed, where other tradesmen would certainly have gave up. During my post repair checks I was completely satisfied with the work carried out and can only thank you so much for getting this done in such a short timeframe. 100% would recommend to anybody needing plumbing services.
