10 Fixing upstairs lighting

Came out at arranged time and did the work within an hour, so that was confident electrics were safe. Explained what the issue was and what he was doing about it. So really happy with the work done. The niggle is the price they quoted me was without VAT and they did not tell me the price was "plus VAT" when we arranged it despite me obviously being a domestic customer.
