  Broken toilet flush part replaced

  Called Mike again, this time for a broken toilet flush. The part's model was quite old, and he found a compatible alternative and came over to replace it the next day. Always appreciate his friendly and efficient service.

  Put him on autodial - no need to look anywhere else

  Have engaged Mike on many occasions (our in-laws as well) who's always done an excellent job. He's on our autodial phones now - we don't bother anywhere else. Because of his skills I asked him if he would take on a much bigger contract - rectifying urinals in the toilets at our local church which were badly installed at build. He took it on single-handed and completed in a day and a half. It was a superb job and received compliments from all those who had to endure the previous un-hygienic configuration. Needless to say he's the church's go-to plumber now.

  Fixed a leak in my upstairs bathroom.

  I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The plumber arrived promptly, was professional and identified the source of the leak straight away. He fixed the issue quickly and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

  Replacement of 2 radiators and 10 radiator valves

  I can definitely recommend Mike. He did a great job replacing 2 radiators and also the TRV and Lockshield valves on 5 radiators. He hit some unexpected problems which he resolved, after first explaining the problem & solution to me. For one of the problems a new part was required which I bought myself from Screwfix. I really appreciated that he did not charge me for any extra work to resolve these problems. He also took care by protecting all my carpets with drop cloths especially given the inclement weather.

  Mike was recommended to me by my family members who had used his services before. I am really happy with the service he provided to fix a leaking pipe in the bathroom. Mike was able to come to my home less than 24 hours after first contacting him, he arrived when he said he would & the job was done quickly and professionally. I absolutely recommend his services.
