  Eri has been fantastic from start to finish. What impressed us first was his clear knowledge and expertise before the work had even begun. We had received quotes from several other tilers, but many were reluctant to take on what was quite a tedious and challenging job. The tiles needed to continue across two walls of different heights, requiring precise cuts and installation on a slope to achieve a seamless finish. Eri approached the project with professionalism and confidence throughout. He arrived on time, kept the work area reasonably clean, and completed the job with great precision.
