  My experience with Erconstruction ltd was absolutely great, they were tidy as they worked, excellent quality of work with some warranties included, really great reasonable prices, all the team were very respectful. I have recommended them to a few of my family and friend and they have always left an excellent impression. From loft conversions to repainting wall and rendering, damp proofing. My go to guys for any building work or property maintenance.

  Fixing joists and replacing floor following leak

  After discovering that a persistent leak had damaged the flooring, underflooring and joists in our kitchen, we were profoundly relieved to find Agron who came in with a very competitive quote. He was very contactable in the run up to the job answering all our queries. The work was conducted skillfully and professionally with Agron explaining what he was doing at each stage of the process. Agron went above and beyond what was required by sanding down my work top and re-sealing around the hob and sink. The place was left spotless. I will definitely use him again. Highly recommended.

  Hallway refit after a pipe burst

  Arriving early each day, work was done professionally to restore my home after a burst pipe from the above flat, caused extensive damage. The ceiling had to be replaced, walls painted, carpets replaced; all done promptly and with respect as I was still residing in the property whilst the work was done. I was consulted throughout and any concerns addressed. The company has since done work for me on my bathroom. Highly recommended.
